Elopement Package

With our Elopement Package, we include an indoor or outdoor wedding venue in Asheville. This package is perfect for weddings that have 7 or fewer guests. We provide you with our Signature Ceremony, which includes various options for your vows, and tools to write your own vows if you choose. We can provide witnesses, as well as professional photography, for an additional fee. See our Add-on Options.

Includes the Following

Our Signature Ceremony

This beautiful and light-hearted 10-15 minute ceremony focuses on the true meaning of genuine love, and the special commitment that you are making to one another. You will have your choice of a non-religious ceremony, or a ceremony with a few religious elements, including a prayer, bible verse, and blessing. This is not a fully customized ceremony (see the Custom or Total packages for that), but you will be provided with various options for your vows, as well as samples and instructions for writing your own vows if you would like to add a personal touch.

Professional Wedding Officiant

Our warm and friendly officiants have been carefully chosen based on their experience, background, and positive energy. Once you’ve booked your wedding with us, your officiant will set up a time to connect with you either in-person, via phone, or Skype. You’ll then be guided and supported, so that you are calm and confident on your wedding day. Your officiant will arrive 30 minutes early, on the day-of, to assist in last minute preparations. You will then get to truly focus on your love as your officiant leads you through your heartfelt ceremony.

Guidance and Support

During the time leading up to your wedding day, we will be making lots of preparations to ensure that your ceremony is a success. We will stay in touch with you by emailing next-steps, updates, and other helpful information, so you and your fiancé are clear on everything that you need to do. You are free to correspond with your officiant at any time via email or phone, and you can also email any general questions to Krista, our Happiness Ninjaneer! Plus, you will have access to a client portal, where you can view your contract, invoices, and other account information.

Marriage License Filing

To become legally married, you are required by the State to obtain a Marriage License prior to your ceremony. When this exciting time comes, we will guide you through this process. After the ceremony, your officiant will make sure that your witnesses sign the license and fill in their information correctly. Then your officiant will be responsible for submitting the license back to the Register of Deeds for processing, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. The last thing you want to do after your ceremony is worry about getting cake on your legal documents!

Venue Options

Outdoors

We have made special arrangements with the Botanical Gardens at Asheville to hold Elopements for no more than 10 people (7 guests).

This beautiful outdoor nature setting offers numerous sites for your ceremony. You can get married in the middle of a mountain stream, in a meadow, on a bridge, or in a gazebo.

Indoors

If you prefer the predictability of indoors, then we can perform your elopement at StudioWed in Asheville. StudioWed is a 100-yr old 3-story home which has been converted into a wedding showroom and meeting place. The home features several nicely decorated rooms with fireplaces which create the perfect cozy and intimate setting to get married.

This venue also serves as our Plan-B for the outdoor option in case of cold or wet weather.
